booking any travel services with Gan Explorer Co., Ltd.
By using our services, you agree to comply with the

Gan Explorer Co., Ltd. provides destination
management services, private tours, transportation,
accommodation arrangements, yacht charters,
corporate events, and travel experiences throughout
Thailand and selected international destinations.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and become
confirmed only after written confirmation and
receipt of the required payment or deposit.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment or deposit requirements will be
specified in your quotation or invoice. Failure
to make payment within the specified period may
result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees vary depending on suppliers,
hotels, transportation providers, and tour
operators. Refund eligibility will be determined
according to the specific booking conditions.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Gan Explorer reserves the right to modify routes,
schedules, accommodations, transportation, or
activities due to weather conditions, safety,
operational requirements, or circumstances beyond
our control.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain
comprehensive travel insurance covering medical
expenses, accidents, cancellations, and personal
belongings.
7. Liability
Gan Explorer acts as an intermediary between
travelers and service providers. We shall not be
liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses,
force majeure events, or circumstances outside our
reasonable control.
8. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they
are medically fit to participate in any activity.
Participants must follow all safety instructions
provided by guides and operators.
9. Passport & Visa Requirements
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining
valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations,
and any required travel documentation.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during bookings
will be handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, logos,
itineraries, and materials remain the property
of Gan Explorer Co., Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the
Kingdom of Thailand.
